- Type of survey: monthly continuous survey.
- Base year: 2021
- Population scope: companies whose main activity is described in sections G, (Commerce), H (Transportation and Storage), I (Hospitality), J (Information and Communications), L (Real Estate Activities), M (Professional, Scientific and Technical Activities), except M70.1: Headquarters Activities, M72: R&D Activities and M75: Veterinary Activities) and N (Administrative Activities and Auxiliary Services) of the National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE-09).
- Geographical scope: the entire national territory except Ceuta and Melilla, for which only Division 47 of CNAE-09 (retail trade) is included.
- Sample size: 28,000 companies
- Type of sampling: Stratified random sampling.
- Collection method: completion of the questionnaire by the respondent using one of the following methods: Internet (IRIA system), e-mail, fax, telephone or postal mail.
