Filtering and analysis of the base data.
Estimation of the average price per metre square of urban land for the total, and by population size of the municipality
Obtaining the number, value and surface area of the real estate transactions classified according to the type of buyer, whether an individual or company, and according to the population size of the municipality.
Analysis of the results.
Publication of the results on provincial and Autonomous Community levels.
Quarterly results referring to the fourth quarter of 2010 and the first three quarters of 2011.
Budgetary credits necessary for its finance in the year 2011  (in thousands euros)
