Definition

The risk of poor mental health in the adult population is assessed by the General Health Questionnaire Goldberg GHQ -12, which detects the prevalence of probable cases of psychiatric morbidity or psychological condition. It is not suitable for making clinical diagnoses, or for assessing chronic disorders. Values fluctuate between 0 and 12 points, from better to worse mental health.
