DefinitionRequest for judicial cooperation that a court makes to another of the same grade (notices, requests, etc.). The judicial assistance stems from the need to help each other courts for practicing the steps that are necessary in the conduct of civil or criminal cases that are entrusted. The civil judicial assistance is associated with a civil procedure and criminal judicial assistance which is derived from criminal proceedings.
