An educational centre based on the training skills as well as the development of social, cognitive, psychomotor aspects, etc. Education is prioritised over custodial care, which is not to say that in these places children are not attended to in their basic needs (diapers, eating, playing), but rather that there is an educational routine which is combined with care and both spaces are well defined and separated
