STATISTICAL SECRECY |
|||
The legislation on statistical secrecy obliges the dissemination of statistical information in such a way that it cannot be known, not even indirectly, to whom individual data corresponds. For this reason, the information presented here has been subjected to certain protection techniques without reducing its use for statistical purposes. They prevent deducing, even approximately, what the profile of a specific person is. Independent of the above, it is expressly prohibited carrying out repeated and coordinated queries with the objective of trying to isolate individual data. These conducts may be sanctioned in agreement with that established in article 50.b of the Public Statistical Function Law. |
