- In June, 194,105 properties were registered in the property registers, 9.8% more than in the same month of the previous year.
- The number of registered property sales and purchases increased by 17.9% compared with June 2024.
The number of property transfers recorded in the property registers (from previously executed public deeds) in June was 194,105, which was 9.8% more than in the same month in 2024.
As regards registered property sales, the number of transfers was 112,346, an annual increase of 17.0%.

87.8% of registered sales in June were urban properties and 12.2% were rural properties. In the case of urban properties, 59.9% were house purchases and sales.
In June, the number of sales of rural properties increased by 9.4% in terms of the annual rate and that of urban properties by 18.1%. Within the latter, housing sales recorded an annual rise of 17.9%.
In June, 92.7% of the housing transferred by sale and purchase were free and 7.3% were protected.
In annual terms, the number of homes transferred by sale increased by 18.0% and the number of social housing dwellings by 16.3%.
21.3% of the housing sales in June were new and 78.7% were used.
The number of new home transactions increased by 25.3% compared with June 2024 and the number of used ones by 16.0%.
The highest annual growth rates in the total number of properties transferred in June were recorded in Galicia (22.1%), Asturias (21.6%) and Cantabria (21.4%).
Meanwhile, the lowest annual rates were recorded in Aragon (-7.2%), the Autonomous Community of Navarre (-1.2%), and the Balearic Islands (-0.9%).
In terms of registered home sales, the autonomous communities that saw the largest increases were Cantabria (41.7%), Aragon (37.7%), and Castile and León (35.2%).
By contrast, the smallest increases were recorded in the Balearic Islands (1.2%), the Autonomous Community of Navarre (1.5%), and the Community of Madrid (3.7%).
