A recipient is defined as a household member who has an annual personal income of more than 1,000 euros. Personal income includes income from employment, profits/losses from self-employment, social benefits and income from private pension schemes.
 2) Number of recipients: Not classifiable includes households where there is no personal income earner (or where the personal income does not exceed 1,000 euros per year).
