For the year 2015, the courts of Ceuta have not provided any data
Sentences include marriage dissolution processes handled by judges, Decrees include marriage dissolution processes handled by justice administration lawyers (formerly known as court clerks) and Public Deeds those processed by notaries, as stipulated in Law 15/2015, of 2 July, on Voluntary Jurisdiction. By the year 2015, both data on Decrees and Public Deeds are not referred to the whole year, but to those that have existed since July 2015.
As stipulated in Law 15/2015, of 2 July, on Voluntary Jurisdiction, there is no possibility of Contentious Divorces or Separations settled by Decree or Public Deeds.
