Buildings are considered to be of an urban nature when they are located within a city or within the land that is conditioned in order to create or develop an urban area.

They are broken down into the following classification: dwellings, lots and other urban land (Commercial premises, garages, office, lumber room, industrial building, building destined for dwellings, other buildings not previously determined, for example, schools, hospitals, residences, cinemas, hotels, etc., urban uses, when they constitute independent property.
