It refers to the quality of life valued in the generic EQ- 5D -5L consisting of two parts, descriptive and analog. The first part measures health states in 5 dimensions (mobility, personal care, daily activities, pain and anxiety/depression) and the analogue visual scale scores from 0-100 points, representing a continuum from the worst conceivable health through to the best.
