Works that will be carried out in the year 2002
Presentation of the estimates of the Spanish Quarterly National Accounts series. Base 1995 corresponding to the first, second and third quarters of year 2002, in June, September and December, respectively of said year. Presentation of the estimate for the fourth quarter of year 2001, and of the first estimate of the whole of year 2001, defined in terms of the Quarterly National Accounts, in February 2002. Work to be carried out is as follows:
  • Collection and filtering of basic short-term statistical information
  • Application of methods and procedures designed for this, including the breaking down into quarters, in gross terms and seasonally adjusted, irregular variations, etc., of aggregates and annual national account transactions
  • Contrast and analysis of the results
  • Writing of the observations that make up "the economic moment"
  • Present of new information to national users and issuing it to national and international requesting institutions
  • Prepare the documentation for its publication
  • Elaboration of the quarterly short term bulletin
