- Publication and dissemination of the report 'Information and Communication Technologies in State Administration. 2003 edition, reference date 1/1/2003' in the first quarter.
- Collection of information for the 2004 edition of the report (reference date 1/1/2004), which, as with all even-numbered years, will be carried out for the scope of all Public Administrations. It will take place between February and July.
- Filtering of data and use of information between September and November.
- Publication of result preview on the High Council for Computing and Promotion of Electronic Administration website (www.csi.map.es) in December.
- Budgetary credits necessary for its finance in the year 2004 (in thousands euros)
