- Follow-up exercise: Between 1 January and 30 June, all data is collected for Official Aid for Development for year 2003 after informing the public opinion and subsequently transferring the information to the OECD Aid for Development Committee, which is delegated by the Member states so as to assess the official aid for development for OECD countries annually. The result is published by the Office for Planning and Evaluation (OPE) in a publication entitled 'Follow-up'.
- Compilation of the APIC: Between 1 September and 31 October the OPE collects all data from Public Administrations on budgetary forecasts for the management of the OAD for 2005. This information is published in a summarised version in a document entitled 'Annual Plan'.
