Performance of the pilot phase on a representative sample of health insurance entities.
Analysis of the results.
Planning of the final phase of the statistics: periodicity; sample/census; centralisation/territorialisation.
Councils/Departments with jurisdiction regarding all of the Autonomous Communities will be consulted, collecting their proposals during this phase of the project.
Budgetary credits necessary for its finance in the year 2009  (in thousands euros)
