Monthly collection of the information referring to the previous month.
Recording, filtering and analysis of the information.
Monthly dissemination of the provisional results for constitutions of, changes to and cancellations of mortgages for the period between October 2008 and September 2009, according to the "INE Short-term statistics availability calendar, 2009".
Dissemination and electronic publication of the final results for 2008 in the third quarter
Monthly dispatch of the data to the Autonomous Communities which have requested it.
The Professional Association of Real Estate, Mercantile and Chattels Registrars (CORPME) carries out the centralised monthly dispatch, to the INE, fo the microdata files corresponding to the provincial property registers (files of creation, changes and cancellations of mortgages and of transfers of property rights), with a deadline 35 days following the end of the reference month. The INE sends the CORPME any anomalous data detected in the filtering process, as well as the files with the filtered information.
