Compiling and updating the file of the Register of Spaniards Resident Abroad.
Statistical use referring to 1 January 2010
Each month, the MAEC notifies the INE of the variations in the registration data entered in the consular registration records for updating the municipal registers and the Electoral Census, and each month, it updates the variations in the registration data due to citizens resident abroad returning to Spain as notified by the INE.
