Promotion of the use of the online data capture application in XBRL format (PENLOC Taxonomy) using electronic signatures
Promotion of the implementation of electronic signatures for the transfer of data from local entities, and especially in collaboration with the Provincial Delegations and similar entities with signature authorisation regulated by the Resolution of 14 September 2009, of the Directorate General for Financial Coordination with the Autonomous Communities and with Local Entities, dictating measures towards the development of Order EHA/3565/2008, of 3 December, passing the budget structure of the Local Entities
Submission of a claim letter from delegations of the Economy and the Treasury to local entities that do not submit the information.
Transfer of data from the SQL server with Subsecretariat Internet access to the corporate databases of the Directorate General for Financial Coordination with the Autonomous Communities and with the Local Entities.
Filtering of the information.
Publication of personalised data by local entity as information is received, following the filtering and budgetary consolidation processes.
Online publication of the final data of the Local Entity Budgets for the 2010 financial year. Adaptation of the processes for publishing data to the new budgetary structure considered in Order EHA/3565/2008, of 3 December.
