Works that will be carried out in the year 2011
Collection of information based on the information available for years 2006-2009. In particular, it will be necessary to define the years for which the Housing Satellite Account will be obtained: calendar years from the year 2006 (the latest year available is the year 2005) to the year 2009, or in the event of not having all of the variables in question available, up until the latest available year, according to the Spanish National Accounts
Estimation of the housing demand, such as intermediate demand and final demand, the latter comprising: final consumption expenditure (of households and the Public Administrations), gross capital formation and variation in stock
Estimation of the housing supply, such as intermediate consumption, taxes and subsidies on housing products, gross added value related to the dwelling, as well as Gross Domestic Product (GDP) thereof, in order to establish the influence of the housing sector on the whole of the national economy
Starting with supply, establish the production and use accounts of the dwelling, by characteristic activities of the dwelling
Estimation of the origin and destination tables, through the interrelation between the supply and demand of housing, classified by institutional sector, by product and activity characteristics of the dwelling
Monetary and non-monetary variables must be obtained for the housing supply and demand.
