In September 2017, the series of life expectancies from 1991 to 2016 were updated (tables 5 and 6 for the national, Autonomous Community and provincial totals) in line with the changes made to mortality tables. In addition, due to the corrections for people aged 100 and over in the Population figures as of 01/01/2016, specific mortality rates for the year 2015 have been updated (Table 3 for the national, Autonomous Community and provincial totals), exclusively affecting the cut-off age.
