    Only people who have used the Internet in the last three months and establish five types of skills are eligible: no skills, limited skills, reduced skills, basic skills and above basic (advanced) skills acquired starting from grade skills in the fields of Information and data literacy, Communication and collaboration, Digital Content Creation, Security and Troubleshooting.
