Notes
1) A person is considered to have experienced difficulties in accessing housing if, at some point in their life, they did not have their own home (owned or rented) to live in and therefore had to stay with friends or relatives, in emergency or temporary accommodation, in a place not intended as a permanent home or had to sleep in public places. Cases where the person lived with their parents while saving to rent or buy their own home are not included. Cases where the person lived in rented accommodation and was saving to buy their own home are also excluded.
