- 1) 1) This considers persons with recognised disabilities, that is, those with a degree of disability that is greater than or equal to 33%, according to the assessment procedure set out in RD 1971/1999 and amended by RD 1364/2012.
  2 ) The results of cells whose value is lower than 5.0 (5,000 persons or househ olds) must be considered cautiously, as they may be affected by large sampli ng errors
  3) Persons in a Dependency Situation are those persons who are off icially recognised in such a situation, in accordance with the Dependency Si tuation assessment scale set out in Law 39/2006, of 14 December, on the Promo tion of Personal Autonomy and Care for Persons in a Dependency Situation
