Notes
As of the 2004 reference year, certain changes occur in the results structure, due to a methodological change. The aim of this change is to adapt the results to the needs of the users of these statistics and to international recommendations. In previous years, the volume of water in the different categories was estimated by taking into account only those agricutural operations with irrigation concessions via irrigation communities. As of the 2004 reference year, the crop structure has been considered, bearing in mind the total number of agricultural operations with irrigation, regardless of whether the water concession is via irrigation communities or individual concession.
