Only people who have used the Internet in the last 3 months are considered and it establishes five types of skills: no skills, limited skills, reduced skills, basic skills and above basic (advanced) built from the degree of skill in the fields of Information and data literacy, Communication and collaboration, Digital content creation, Security and Problem solving.
