    • 1) The equivalence used (in grams of pure alcohol) is: Beer with alcohol 10 g per unit. Wine or cava 10 g per unit. Appetizers with alcohol (vermouth, fino, jerez) 20 g per unit. Liquors, anisette, Pacharán 20 g per unit. Whisky, cognac, cocktails 20 g per unit. Beverages local beverages (cider, carajillo...) 10 g per unit of beverage.
