1) The estimates of the sample errors published in this chapter have been calculated in the usual manner (method of reiterated semi-samples) without applying re-weighting techniques. Nevertheless, the results are very similar to those which would have been obtained applying said techniques and may be used as an upper level of the corresponding sample error
