  • Desde el primer trimestre de 2007 incluye los 27 países de la Unión Europea (UE-27) excepto España. Por tanto, a Alemania, Austria, Bélgica, Dinamarca, Finlandia, Francia, Grecia, Irlanda, Italia, Luxemburgo, Países Bajos, Portugal, Reino Unido y Suecia, se le añaden los 10 países (Chipre, Eslovenia, Estonia, Hungría, Letonia, Lituania, Malta, Polonia, República Checa y Eslovaquia) que entraron a formar parte de la Unión desde el 1 de mayo de 2004 y Bulgaria y Rumanía incorporados el 1 de enero de 2007.
