Private employment is the difference between the total of employed persons and the employees of the public sector. That is, it includes: employees of the private sector, employers, independent workers and entrepreneurs without employees, cooperative's members and other professional situation.
Public employment comprises all the employees of Public Companies and Central and Territorial Administrations, including both workers contributing to the social regime of the Social Security and those attached to a Benefit Society.
