Tourism in 2002

Development of tourism from the point of view of tourist supply

The results presented herein come from the Tourist Accommodation Occupancy Surveys, as well as from the Hotel Price Index (HPI), all compiled by the INE. These indicators allow for ascertaining, at close range, the evolution of tourism in Spain, from a perspective of tourist supply. Information is collected regarding tourist supply and occupancy, but also on the origin of the travellers.
