The centres can be public or private depending on whether they depend on a public body, regardless of the origin of their economic resources.Public centres are those that are publicly owned, either by the General Administration (Ministry of Education or any other Ministry), Autonomous (Regional Ministries of Education or other Regional Ministries of the Autonomous Communities), Local (Town Halls, Provincial Councils ...), or any other public entity. Private centers are those owned by a private institution, entity or person. All foreign centres are considered private, regardless of their owner.
