- In the last quarter of 2010, the Ministry of Health, Social Policy and Equality, with INE support, will have completed the definition of the objectives, the methodology and the variables for the National Health Survey of Spain, 2011 (ENSE11), through the analysis of the information needs for the detection and measurements of health inequalities, and for the planning of the large public health strategies, and the analysis of the information required for the project of ECHI European indicators whose preferred source is the survey, and the progressive harmonisation/standardisation of the questionnaire and methodology to the 2.0 version of the Eurostat European Health Survey, EHIS, as required by the European Commission and Parliament. With the needs detected and the proposals received, it will complete the writing of the study questionnaires
In 2011, the Partnership Agreement will be prepared and signed with the INE (collaborating institution), and the Technical project for carrying out the ENSE2011 presented by the INE will be accepted
Support of the INE in the compilation of the complementary documentation, and in the preparation of tables and reports of the preview of provisional results. Likewise, the MSPI will design the Tabulation plan of ENSE11. The INE will carry out the global economic management of the collaboration agreement for conducting the survey; the technical project; the sample design; the development of the computer applications for collection, CAPI questionnaire and data processing; the rest of the documentation necessary for the data collection, and will teach training courses to the survey inspectors and interviewers. In the year 2011, it will also carry out the first six months of the fieldwork, with the collection and filtering of the data, programming of the tables of the results preview and the compilation of the descriptive reports of the performance of the tasks.
