Sub-indicator 5.5.2.1. Proportion of women in managerial positions

  1. It is calculated as the ratio of women employed as directors or managers (CNO-2011 group 1) to the total number of persons employed as directors and managers.

Sub-indicator 5.5.2.2. Proportion of women in senior management

  1. Up to and including 2010 the calculation is made with CNO-1994 and from 2011 onwards with CNO-2011. It is calculated as the quotient between women employed in top management (CNO-2011: group 1 minus subgroups 141, 142, 143 and 150) and the total number of people employed in top management.
