Sub-indicator 5.5.2.1. Proportion of women in managerial positions

  1. Calculated as the quotient between women employed as directors or managers (group 1 of the CNO-2011) and the total number of persons employed as directors and managers.

Sub-indicator 5.5.2.2. Proportion of women in senior management

  1. Until 2010 (inclusive) the calculation is carried out with CNO-1994, and from 2011 (inclusive) onwards, with CNO-2011. Calculated as the quotient between women employed in senior management (CNO-2011: group 1 minus subgroups 141, 142, 143 and 150) and the total number of those employed in senior management.
