Definition

Percentage of households covered with a median signal power received outdoors of at least -90 dBm.

Calculation method

Collection of data from the 4 national operators with their own network at the level of Singular Population Entity (ESP), taking for each ESP the largest of the coverages collected. At higher administrative levels the percentage is obtained by aggregation of households at the level of ESP.
