Administrative data that do not correspond to any statistics of the National Statistical Plan The National Focal Point of Arms (the Headquarters of Arms, Explosives and Security of the General Directorate of the Civil Guard) is responsible for preparing annually the United Nations questionnaire on illicit flows of firearms (IAFQ).The following values extracted from that questionnaire are used to calculate the value of the indicator: Paragraph 1: Weapons unequivocally identifiable by the marks 1.2: The weapon was seized from its illegitimate owner and found in the national register, for example, as lost or stolen (national location): seizure of the weapon to another person who is not its legal owner, and is recorded in the National Register of Arms 1.3: The point of deviation of the weapon (last legal record) was determined by a tracing procedure, and the weapon was found in a foreign register (international location): the weapon is not recorded in the National Register of Weapons, but is recorded as being in the National Register of Weapons 1.3: the point of departure of the weapon was determined by a competent authority: the weapon is subject to an internal file or to manufacture and/or to locate a weapon in accordance with the procedure 1.5
