Redistributive impact of fiscal policy, measured as the difference between the pre-fiscal and post-fiscal Gini indices.

The redistributive effect is defined as \( G_{pre¿} − G_{post¿} \), where \(G_{pre}\)¿ denotes the pre-fiscal Gini index based on market income and \$G_{post}\)$ denotes the post-fiscal Gini index based on disposable income, both expressed on a 0–100 scale.
