October 2025. Provisional data. The annual rate of the IPRIX stood at -0.1% in October, the same as that recorded in September. The annual variation of the IPRIM was -2.4%, seven tenths lower than the previous month.

September 2025. Provisional data. The number of mortgages constituted on dwellings registered in land registries was 46,120, up 12.2% in the annual rate. The average amount of mortgages on dwellings increased by 14.1%, standing at 171,612 euros. The average interest rate on new mortgages on dwellings was 2.85%.
