Total Expenditure Survey
January 2025. Provisional data. The total expenditure of international tourists visiting Spain in January increased by 8.9% and reached 7,132 million euros. The average daily expenditure increased by 4.3% to 165 euros.
Tourist Movements at Borders (FRONTUR)
January 2025. Provisional data. Spain received 5.1 million international tourists in January, 6.1% more than in the same month of 2024. The United Kingdom was the country of residence with the most tourists and the Canary Islands was the first main destination chosen.
Non-hotel Tourist Accommodation Occupancy Survey
January 2025. Provisional data. Overnight stays in non-hotel tourist accommodation increased by 5.9% in January compared to the same month in 2024. Overnight stays in apartments increased by 11.2%. Those for campsites decreased by 0.3%, those for rural tourism by 1.6% and those for hostels by 21.2%.
Short-term Stock and Inventory Survey (STSIS)
Fourth quarter 2024 and Year 2024. Provisional data. The annual rate of the index for inventory levels of goods in the Trade sector stood at 0.9% in the fourth quarter. Within the quarter, the month of November recorded the highest annual growth rate, with 1.3%.
