High-Value Data

High-value datasets are those that have great potential to generate benefits to society, the environment and the economy. Directive (UE) 2019/1024 , of June 20, 2019, establishes in its annex a proposal for 6 thematic categories, which have been defined in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/138 , of December 21, 2022. According to this Regulation, high-value datasets must be made available to citizens for reuse.
