February 2026. Provisional data. The annual rate of the Industrial Production Index stood at -1.1% in the seasonally and calendar adjusted series and -1.3% in the original series. The monthly change in the Industrial Production Index was -0.1% if seasonal and calendar effects are eliminated.

Quarterly Non-Financial Accounts for the Institutional Sectors (QNFAIS)

Fourth Quarter 2025. The financing capacity of the national economy compared with the rest of the world stood at 17,764 million euros in the fourth quarter of 2025. Gross national income reached 415,244 million euros and the gross national disposable income stood at 447,591 million euros.

Total Expenditure Survey

February 2026. Provisional data. The total expenditure of international tourists visiting Spain in February increased by 4.6% and reached 7,606 million euros. The average daily expenditure increased by 3.4% to 190 euros.

Tourist Movements at Borders (FRONTUR)

February 2026. Provisional data. Spain received 5.6 million international tourists in February, 2.8% more than in the same month of 2025. In the first two months of 2026, the number of tourists rose by 2.0%.

Structural Enterprise Statistics: Industrial Sector

Year 2024. Turnover in the Industrial Sector decreased by 0.8% in 2024 and stood at 857,826 million euros. The added value of the Industrial Sector was 206,064 million euros, 4.1% higher than in 2023. The Autonomous Communities with the greatest contribution to industrial turnover were Cataluña (21.9% of the total), Andalucía (12.2%) and Comunidad de Madrid (11.1%).

Structural Enterprise Statistics: Trade Sector

Year 2024. Turnover in the Trade Sector increased by 3.1% in 2024 and stood at 1,044,477 million euros. Productivity in the Trade Sector was 49,213 euros in 2024, a 5.3% increase as compared with the previous year. The Autonomous Communities with the greatest participation in turnover for the Trade sector in the year 2024 were Comunidad de Madrid (24.4% of the total) Cataluña (19.4%) and Andalucía (13.0%).

Structural Enterprise Statistics: Services Sector

Year 2024. Turnover in the Services Sector increased by 9.7% in 2024 and stood at 842,050 million euros. The number of people employed in the Services Sector exceeded 8.7 million, an increase of 3.9% compared with the previous year. The Autonomous Communities with the greatest share in turnover for the Services sector in the year 2024 were Comunidad de Madrid (33.4%) and Cataluña (19.5%).

Non-hotel Tourist Accommodation Occupancy Survey

February 2026. Provisional data. Overnight stays in non-hotel tourist accommodation increased by 0.2% in February compared to the same month in 2025. Overnight stays in apartments increased by 0.8% and those in rural tourism by 2.4% compared to the same month in 2025. In contrast, those in campsites decreased by 1.4% and those in hostels by 4.4%.

Living Conditions Survey (LCS)

Year 2025. El 34,4% de los hogares consideraba necesarias reformas para mejorar la eficiencia energética de su vivienda o edificio en 2025. El 53,5% de las personas utilizó el coche como medio de transporte más frecuente, mientras que para un 25,4% el transporte público fue el medio más habitual. El 64,6% de los hogares españoles residía a menos de 400 metros de un espacio verde público. El 79,0% de los hogares declararon reciclar "siempre o casi siempre" las botellas de plástico, mientras que el 9,2% declaró no hacerlo "nunca o casi nunca".

Living Conditions Survey (LCS)

Year 2025. Los gastos de asistencia médica supusieron una carga pesada para el 8,4% de los hogares en 2025, frente al 7,0% en 2022. La obesidad afectó al 17,3% de las personas de 16 o más años con menores ingresos, 6,5 puntos por encima del porcentaje observado entre las de mayores ingresos. El 15,9% de las personas de 16 o más años con ingresos más bajos fueron fumadores diarios, frente al 11,5% de las personas con ingresos más altos. El 67,4% de las personas de 16 o más años con mayores ingresos acudió al dentista en los últimos 12 meses, mientras que entre las personas con menores ingresos este porcentaje disminuyó hasta el 42,3%.

Retail Trade Indices (RTI)

February 2026. Provisional data. The annual rate of the General Retail Trade Index at constant prices stood at 2.2% in the seasonal and calendar adjusted series. The monthly variation in retail sales at constant prices was -0.1% after seasonal and calendar adjustment. Employment in retail trade increased by 0.7% in annual rate.
